I feel cramp type of pain usually since one month and the pain always with me in sudden movement and in my back there is rashes but there is no major issue and there is no other symptoms and I also check my blood before 3month for kidney and all the blood report was normal so the cramp mainly feel in Early morning can it be symptoms of any kidney disease

I am having this problem from a month back. These days i feel like urinating very frequently. Sometimes just after urinating i need to the washroom again. At this age i dont think that's normal. I am also taking a lot of time to urine. At times i am taking 4-5 minutes in the washroom to pee. So having these two problems.
