Kidney Problems

My health is quite normal but i am recently starting to experience few symptoms which is mild but sensing to be problematic in near future.. i will highlight the symptoms.. burning feet, frequent urination, acid reflux, breathlessness through nose, back pain, hair fall, mild tremor in hands. Those are the few symptoms.. hoping to get advice. Thank you.

Fever (max 102 degree), constipation, lower abdomen. He is suffering from chronic lower abdomen pain from last 5 days.

My mother is having a both kidney failure disease. She is on dialysis. There is no donor in family. I want a kidney donor if possible. Her blood group is o+.

I have burning sensation while urination and yellow liquid comes out but not frequently .i haven’t found any swelling yet and this all continuing from past 3 days . Plz guide me a proper medication so that I could get rid from this problem.
