I have a 10mm stone in my right kidney and a 5mm stone in my left kidney will this stone come out through urine or should I undergo a surgery

10 mm stone won't come out through urine. It will need to be fragmented. These days RIRS is the preferred procedure for these kind of stones. Very little risk. Good stone clearance can be achieved. Both sides can be cleared at the same time
