Kidney Problems

Pain in penis after passing urine and feel like something in penis from last 2 months , all reports are normal but symptoms are still same . Please help

I had a slight discomfort in right testicle which was nothing major but i decided to get it checked out. Local Urologist suggested doppler ultrasound which showed grade 1 bilateral varicocele with right 4.8mm vein reflux. The urologist prescribed "preneu -m75" and "am- dsr" for 15 days but after taking these medicines the pain is worse and constant. Its been a week of this constant pain 24/7. Should i opt for embolization or microsurgery or change in medicines.

I have noticed a small black pimple like lump on the base of my penis that touches the scrotum.there is no intense itching or pain but the lump doesnt go away. Can it be something serious.i have poor genital hygiene

Hello I have buring irritation and frequency urge to pee but when I go only little bit pee comes out. I have already taken medicine antibiotics. Done urine and culture test also. Reports are normal. What should I  do. Suggest any medicine.

My father is diagnosed with Filarial Scrotum, He has got Metral Valve surgery done in 2021 and takes warfrin 7.5 mg to make his blood thin. At present has scrotal swelling. Can the surgery be done ? Plzz plzzz guide me

From last week I am having pain and burning sensation while passing urine. I have a history of kidney stones and this seems like how stone is stuck in the urethra . I was drinking a lot of water hoping to pass it. Yesterday I got some pain in my left side kidney so I went for an ultrasound today . The doctor checked and said there is nothing in the left kidney and in the urethra he was not able to see any stone but some swelling in the right kidney . He suggested that I go for a urine test for a potential UTI. also he said it can be a stone but may be so small taht it's not visible in ultrasound. I am still having a lot of sharp pain while passing urine. Attached are my urine test reports. Can some one please identfy if it's a UTI or just a passing stone
