Kidney Problems

Ultrasound shows that Right kidney shows mild hydronephrosis and hydrouretor dut to 5.4 mm calculus in upper uretor

After cystoscopy and Posterior urethral valves fulguration  , instead of urinate from urethra urinating via vasicostomy. Is there any concern or will be normal in some time?

I feel the urge to pass urine very frequently. I drink around 2-3 litres of water per day. E.g if i am sleeping at 11.30 pm, at 6 am i need to rush to the restroom. And from morning 6 am till now, I have passed urine 4 times. I always feel thirsty. Yes its summer so may happen. But wanted to know if it is normal. I dont feel any burning sensation while passing urine. And i am observing this for last one month or so. I checked my fasting blood sugar levels last october and it was fine. Please let me know if this is something to worry.

Is it normal to have 4-5 leukocytes in urine? And what does epithelial cells 20-25 indicate? Is it related to bacteria?

I am having urine infection, burning sensation and not able to pass my urine properly. It is very disturbing. Please help Recommend me the cure and the medicine

My Creatinine level on borderline 1.16 out of 1.17. No any kind of symptom seen. Every thing is ok

Daughter had dignosed with bilateral wilms in July 2017.surgery done to remove bad left kidney .right kidney was saved.chemo treatment was done for 6 months.after February 2018 treatment is stopped and monitoring is going on.creatinine was 0.42 earlier .after stopping enalapril bp medicine now it has been changed to 0.48 in a six months. I would like to know if it's normal or we should check with paediatric kidney specialist.

My Father had been diagnosed with Urethral stricture as he used to urinate over 4 times an hour with severe irritation..and the problem intensified during night.He had undergone urethrotomy twice and dilatation in hospital over 5 times,and has been doing Self Catheterization for the past 1 year,but even after all this,symptoms never subsided.Within this 2 years he was affected by ESBl twice (klebsiella pneumonia) and (E.coli) and took medications for that and For the past 2 years he has frequently been diagnosed with UTI and taking medications for that.Still he cant sleep continuously for 1 hour undisturbed and cannot travel long distances by road.Now he had undergone Bladder Cystoscopy but Doctor told that there was severe bleeding during Insertion so he could not proceed further.But after seeing symptoms he is now administered Anti-Tb drugs,which he is taking for 3 months,Still there is no improvement.So please tell me what could be the problem,How to Diagnose it Correctly? In my recent Ultrasound scan it is mentioned that I have a small cyst in the mid pole of right kidney measuring 13x13mm. My 2yr old scan report also mentioned a clear parapelvic cyst measuring 1.1x1cm in mid pole of right kidney. Please advice if I need any treatment.
