Kidney Problems

I taken a Doppler scrotal scan to diagnose whether it is hydrocele or vericocele. I got result as "grade 1 both varicocele without reflux on color doppler" what it is mean. It is curable or not . It cause infertility ??

My GFR is 82% and all other parameters are okay. Creatinine is 1.05. Is it a cause of concern . Please advise

I AM A PATIENT OF COPD , ALSO CHRONIC PROBLEM IN KIDNEY. FOR THAT REASON MY DOCTOR ADVICE ME TO TAKE DYTOR 10 AT MORNING AND DYTOR 5 AT EVENING. BUT SUDDENLY FROM YESTERDAY MY URINE COLOUR CHANGE LIKE COLA. I CALLED MY DOCTOR HE TOLD ME TO TAKE DYTOR 5 INSTADE OF DYTOR 15. And told to to take some more water. Is it enough. Still now his urine colour not yet change. Kindly guide me.

Initially he had swelling over eyelids face and was not showing signs of activeness. Slowly it resulted into generalised body swelling. He almost stopped urination. Proteinuria, traces of blood was found in urine examination. a local nephrologist diagnosed my child with nephrotic syndrome based on history and blood and urine exam reports. For which steroids tablets were given for 2-3 months and then stopped after tappering. Following the same symptoms were subsided but afterwards in 2017 a relapse occurred and the same treatment was given for a period of few weeks. He has been in observation since then with monthly urine microscopic exam During this period traces of protein and blood are found sometimes but there has been no such requirement of steroid treatment for it. Also consistently from last 3 years he is suffering from vitamin D deficiency and treatment was given. for the last few weeks traces of calcium oxalate crystals and blood are found. need expert opinion on the matter.

Creatine level is 4.15. Pl let us know the diet control measure to be taken. Pl rfer good nephrologist

My mother (age 50 yrs) is having mild continues pain from 4-5 months in her lower abdomen area. Recent ultrasound says that her bladder walls are irregularly thicken. I am attaching the ultrasound report. Please have a look. Due to this pain doctor removed her gallbladder 2 months ago. But still no relief. Please help. She has no urinary or bowel problem. Is irregular and thickened bladder a serious concern?

Frequent urination at night every five minutes and sharp lower right back pain for past 1 week. Please help

My wife said she is experiencing a burning sensation while urinating and starting today. There is a drop of blood at the end after urinating. Note that she is on treatment for fungal infection and using topical ointment and anti fungal medicine. What is the solution for this.

Lower Back pain. X-ray done no problem in spinal chord. If I take pain killers no pain for 3days. No use when I apply tropical pain killer gel. Pain in right side of spine.
