Kidney Problems

I am felling huge pressure & not able to sustain urine normally and also finish very fastly when I go to washroom. I am vegetarian and normal in health and not any serious issue. Like Diebetes, and other problem. One month ago I have done my blood test and found SGPT, ALT high and also cholesterol high because of my weight. It's happens normally in my blood test. Pls advise any treatment for cure this problem.

I think I have yeast infection but I'm not sure. It's very slight white formation. I have consulted a doctor here in practo who said it's just smegma and it will go once I clean it. Hi, I did my urine test and I got epithelial cells 8-10 and bacteria in my urine. Remark- says leucoctye esterase trace detected. Do I need to be worried ?
