Unnecessary pain in my left portion of belly Some time proper urine does not occur...sometimes I feel very pain when I go for urine

Dear Sir/Madam, I get UTI or at least symptoms of UTI once every year, it lasts for about a week then it goes way. Is that an area of recurrence ? Also what are the symptoms ? What are the remedies & most importantly how can I cure myself ? What tests to be done ? Currently also I am having pain and foul order while passing urine, also it's very frequent. Kindly advise on how to solve issue.
