I had an intense dream and I came to know that I have passed urine while sleeping. Is it a condition that I should be checked up for?

I have a mild pain on the left side of my back just below my back ribs. The pain increases slightly if I do a side bending of my spine towards the left side. Is it a sign that I'm having kidney stones? Please let me know. Thanks in advance!

My father is CKD patients past 2 years and now he is on dialysis since August 2018 and also taking medicine of hepetites c since Feb 2018 Now past 1 or 2 week his BP is getting down without taking medicine 120/77, 112/70 and he is not taking medicine for debetics whenever his debetics under control some time getting down 100 or 105 why both or getting down without taking medicine and what so I do now when BP is getting down.
