Can it get cleared with medication or a surgery will be required.

If it would have been a single stone, then nothing would be required
But dues to multiple stones
You need surgery for removal
It will be done without any cut in the body from natural orifice

Bladder stones can lead to recurrent infections and complications you can try with medicines as the stones are not very big and requires a close follow up
