Kidney Problems

I feel lower back pain at spine, sides of spine, one location at a time since 3 months. No relief from muscle relaxant & pain killer. All reports like vitamin d, RA factor, anticcp are normal. 5.5 mm right kidney stone and mild hepatomegaly are found in ultrasound. Is this back pain due to kidney stone? Suggest treatment

One simple cortical cyst of size (25.0 mm × 14.4mm) noted at upper pole of right kidney. Is this harmful? I feel mild abdominial pain at upper right side from 15 days & back side pain from 3 to 4 days also. What should I do? What is the treatment? Please help Sir/Madam. I am very tensed as I am 25 years old now.

Recently I went through the ultrasound and found that I have only one kidney since birth. I have never faced any issue with this But as now I know that I have only one kidney but still confuse if really I have one or there is any mistake in ultra sound

I am 28 Years old and weight of approx 67kgs. I recently gone through the blood test, in which several parameters are found above abnormal as: 1. 25-OH Vit D : 9.12 ng/ml (deficiency) 2. Creatinine Serum : 1.23 mg/dl (Normal Range: 0.6 to 1.1) 3. EGFR : 79 ml/min/1.73m2 (Normal Range: >=90 BUN : 12.35 (Normal) BUN/Sr. Creatinine ratio : 10.04 (Normal) 4. GGT : 64.07 U/l (Normal Range : <55) 5. SGPT : 54.12 U/l (Normal Range : <45) 6. Total Cholesterol : 188 HDL : 25 LDL : 135 Triglycerides : 205 I have symptoms of sometime right side headache, frequent deep breath (done Echo & ECG on doc recommendations which was normal except written sinus tracycardiac on ECG) and gastric and acidity problem. Please suggest whom should I visit a physician, cardiologist or Nephrologist. Pls help... Pls note: I am not on any medication.

Hello doc My age is 31 I have done blood test. The report is Cretinine serum-  1 Hb -10.4 Blood sugar fasting - 98 My concern is about the creatinine level it's 1 little on the upper side of the border line. Pain in left side of urinary bladder since 3 days. Pain comes in every 30-40 second and goes back.(radiating in groin area) Also lower back pain. No fever,no burning while urination, no blood in urine. Kindly tell possible cause and treatment. Regards
