Can 7.5 mm stone cause severe pain?
Hello doctor
My brother got severe pain in stomach and back and he got high fever
After diagnosis, it was found that he had some small stones in kidney and severe infection in liver
According to reports
He has 7.5mm calculus in right kidney and 5mm and 4mm calculus in left kidney
His bilirubin is high
AST and ALT are very very high in thousands
Gamma glutamyl is also very high
What is the reason of his pain and fever?
He is getting treatment of liver but still feels pain in stomach when he eats something and fever also
Does he need treatment for kidney also?
Or just liver treatment?

A white liquid with urine, abdomen pain
Sometimes when i urinate,a eticky whitish liquid comes along. Burning sensation and its quite difficult to urinate
Next day or some hours later, pain in waist and lower hips start to happen.
This subsides in 3-4 days and the cycle continues.

Ureter stone of size 16 mm
6 years back i had stone in ureter with size 16 mm, which came out with urine in 3-4 months by increasing liquid intake. now again i have same size of stone in left ureter, taking Berberis, Lycopodium and Neeri. As of now I do not feel much pain, only thing is that with more liquid intake i have to go for very frequent pee.
Should I continue homeopath or go for surgery?

Unsatisfactory reply
I cannot agree with response of Dr. Manoj Kumar Gupta about PSA level. He diagnosed as prostate enlargement. My TURP was done in June 2012. My uroflow is very fine and I can emptied my bladder everytime. Many urologists have checked physically that my prostate is not enlarged. Does Dr. Manoj Kumar Gupta suggest that PSA level attached is outcome of prostate enlargement ?

Prostrate cancer
My father aged 68 went through penectomy. Post surgery scan reports (10 days after surgery) are attached. Also attached prior surgery report. Doctor is suggesting new surgery on prostrate glands. Does the post surgery report really suggest cancer? Is surgery required? If yes, what surgery?
