Kidney Problems

Today when I went to bathroom, i saw my urine was red colour. First I thought that i got my periods. But it's not it. I have peed now for 3-4 times and my urine is some dark red in colour. It never happened to me before and I was fine till today morning. Not sure suddenly what have happened. Kindly let me know what might be the issue and whom to consult. Thanks.
