Kidney Problems

My father has been diagnosed with enlarged prostate with heterogeneous echotexture. Volume is 35cc. Additionally grade 2 fatty liver and left renal cortical cyst. Doctor says it usually happens with age and nothing to worry. By internet articles, I'm little concerned if there is a high concern. Kindly suggestive further course of action.

I sometimes notice foamy urine, especially in morning and evening. It's not persistent but comes and go from last 6 months

I am suffering from burning during urination and also feels sometimes like i have to go but i doesn't feel like i am done.This happens freequetly and more than regular.I have also test reports of urine and blood test. The pus cells value is few, RBC is 0-2hpf,epithelial cell are few and cast are also few. Colour is pale yellow. The sonography reports are normal,No remarkable abnormality.

He had high BP ... and problem in normal urine pass ..   catheterization he is now move but weakness

My son has daytime wetting problem from many years. A doctor told us that will reduce with time and will become ok with time but its opposite , we don't see any improvement. Should we wait more or do something. Thanks

Dear doctor i have been  diagnosed with cystitis in the month of January 2019 .  then i took medicines such as uticept ,urimax and nitrobest which was prescribed by a local doctor.there was no improvement as iam going to toilet frequently and there was an urge of frequent urination . But there is no pain and inflammation while passing urine .recently in the month of August last week i went for urine culture test as the report is showing as eschershia coli was present . So please let me know is there anything serious where I need to worry ??

Hi, i have recently done ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis of my mom. And it says my mom's right kidney measures 11.4cm * 6 cm, shows a complex cortical cyst measuring 4*3.7 cm at the mid pole,showing echogenic internal Septations. No obvious mural nodule seen within cyst. No calculi. No hydronephrosis. Can you please tell, what this mean and how much harmful it can be? What should be our next steps for treatment? Thanks.

It is advisable to go for lithotripsy for stone of 5mm size in left kidney. And what are the cheap and decent hospital/nursing home in Delhi where lithotripsy of 5mm stone can be done.

I have to go to wash room in every 15 min of drinking water and there is forceful urination for last part of urine and all urine doesnot passes feeling for urination remains same I showed to different used various medication but no any effect not diagnosed I am mentally depressed about this..plzz help doctor
