Diagnosed with 3.3mm  calculus in rt kidney. Diagnosis also says that bowel loops are fulfilled with gas with rt right renal calculus. please guide

My UTI keeps recurring back to back too often and it's with blood.what should I do I drink citralka every I got this problem.

If I drink water..I would not be able to hold the pee for more than 20 to 25 minutes...so it make me suffering when I travel on car or bus for long time..
