My daughter has 3+ Leucocytes and 35-40 Pus cells in Urine. Does this need antibiotic to reduce? If yes, which one? Augmentin?

Do urine culture report. Depending on what microbe is growing needs antibiotic treatment. Consult doctor before u start antibiotics
