Pus is 2-4 hpf, rbc is 17-22 hpf after taking cefixime for 1 week. Previous rbc was 10- 15. Mucus thread:few, bacteria:few, protein: trace. Lower abdomen ultrasound: >There is no disparity in the sizes of both kidneys >right kidney measures 10.7x4.6x5.3 cm with cortical thickness of 1.5 cm while the left kidney is 11.5x4.8x5.4 cm with cortical thickness of 1.4 cm >both kidneys exhibit intact corticomedullary junctions and central echoncomplexes. >no mass, stone or hydronephrotic changes noted. >the urinary bladder is adequately distended with unthickened walls. No intrluminal echoes noted. Prevoid vol: 125cc, no significant postvoid vol. >the prostate measures 3.4x3.5x3.1 cm exhibiting bright parenchymal echoes. No focal mass noted. Prostate volume: 19.18cc impression: normal sized prostate with concretions, unremarkable kidneys and urinary bladder study.
