Puss cells in urine 10-20/hpf
Today I gave my urine sample because I was observing a little bit foam in my urine so in routine test I found that there was 10-20/hpf puss cells in it and other symptoms include pain in urinating.. burning sensation and irritation on urethra. And I am also having white color vaginal discharge. What all this symptoms indicate ?

when you do urine examination while having white discharge, it might show pus cells. Then look at the epithelial cells as well. if it is also high, then the sample is a contaminated one. If you have pain in passing urine, then give a urine sample for culture and sensitivity test. According to the results, you can start on medication
