Initially pseudomonas aeruginosa found in culture and recent test shows ecoli. The reports from multiple labs confirmed the same with 10^5 .is it possibile that bacteria change over period of time or reports are wrong?

Hello , you have asked a very good question. Urinary infection maybe polymicrobial meaning that more than one organism is infecting the system. During the test of culture the most dominant organism grows that's why you get one organism as the final report. Please make sure to finish the course of antibiotics to avoid resistance.
Next Steps
consider further evaluation for the cause of the infection by a scopy
