I m diabetic from 4 years. It's stuck at 250FBS -350 PBS. Taking galvusmet 50/1000 alternate days. I walk for 5-6kms daily. 10kms sometimes. And on diet strictly no white rice. But still not coming down. Help me on this.

Hii my sugar level of Glucose Fasting (FBS) is 133.6mg/dl.
And Glucose post Prandial (PP) is 160.0mg/dl. So shall i start taking medicines or os it ok if i control my diet at home and start exerciseing?
