Hba1c 4.6 is possible in type -1 diabetes without insulin??? Without any medicine or with normal diet

I diagnosed my fasting blood sugar level. It ranges like 104. but I chew chewing gum before test.does chewing gum effect this range?

Today by mistake I took night insulin( lantus) (dose 20) in morning before breakfast what will happen? At night I took dose 20 lantus insulin.

Fasting blood sugar 94 is ok, previous fasting blood sugar on 15 November is 84 and hba1c is 4.6 on 4 December

From last one week he is not sleeping at night times and always goes to toilet We have observed that he simply goes and pressuring Bowl movement but it doesn't happen everytime
