Fasting blood sugar is more than PP
Hi Doctor, In February I lost 4 kg weight and had frequent urination problem, my physician told me to get fasting glucose and PP testing done. On Feb 13th fasting glucose was 125 and PP was 205 (I had a cup of tea with sugar 1.5 hour before testing). My doctor told me to avoid simple carbs and  exercise for at least an hour daily and get the test done again after 1 month. I followed his advice sincerely and get the test done today (March 14th) and my fasting glucose is 145 and PP is 138. My doctor is out of city and I am worried about my health. Please suggest me what should be my next step. Thank you in advance.

Your symptoms and initial PP and fasting sugar is concerning for diabetes. Tests from March 14, the fasting sugar is above goal, PP has improved. However to confirm diagnosis of diabetes, HbA1C which is gold standard test is recommended.
Next Steps
Check HbA1C , fasting sugar and insulin levels , and PP sugars in lab and consult online to discuss results and medications if indicated
