My age is 35 and weight is 55 and my tsh is 5.59 , I'm having 75 mcg thyroxine but still not able to conceive. Please suggest me right treatment and dose.

Your TSH shows subclinical hypothyroidism, and to improve chances of conception the recommended TSH goal is less than 2.5 . Dose increase up to 88 mcg thyronorm will be good start. After that, the thyroid tests need to followed closely to evaluate response. You will also require blood testing for cause of hypothyroidism and other hormonal causes of infertility besides increase in thyronorm dose

Ur TSH is slightly high. Ur TSH value should come below 5. Check for PCOD also
