Your A1c has gone up consequent to changes in the diet and exercise regimen related to COVID. Goal fasting sugars are 90-120 and pp sugar is 90-140, to reach HbA1C of around 6.5. We have scope to increase gluconorm and/or Pioz based on side effects, and you kidney and liver function tests and after due discussion of risk and benefits
Next Steps
Please consult online to discuss medication adjustment, and attached reports of kidney and liver tests.
