I'm unmarried 25years female weigh 85kilos. I lost 27kilos with the help of diet and work-out. I had pcod so was on glycomet somehow lost with the help of glycomet too. But my weight gets plateau every now and then despite of following proper regimen. I have severe constipation problem for which o underwent endoscopy and colonoscopy as well. It says normal except for H pyloric in endoscopy report. I tried everything low carb to no carb still I'm not losing a kilo. I'm attaching my hba1c and thyroid reports.

Hi, my father is suffering from diabetes and he has lost a lot of weight recently. We tried feeding protein daily and other sorts of food, but it didn't work. He is becoming lean day by day and whole family is concerned. Is there a way to make him gain weight and make him healthy

I'm prediabetic. My weight is 78 kgs and height 5 ft. I'm trying to eat healthier for past few weeks and also practicing yoga and exercise at home. I have included more fiber rich food in my diet and stopped consumption of sugar and plain carbs. My normal meals are oats porridge and eggs in breakfast, brown rice and vegetables and fish/chicken in lunch, soup or salad for dinner. I take some kind of citrus fruit for morning snack and veggies for evening snacks. I want proper guidance to reverse my condition and lead a healthier life. Please let me know what I should avoid and what kind of exercise is more effective.

Hi, i have been taking thyrox 100mcg for last three years. Reports are all normal with the medication on and no issues at all. But given the high dosage i am taking for so long, do i need to consult a doctor to lower the dose.

I had recently taken a blood test with thyroid comprehensive test included on suggestion of a relative . Below is the results ( Thyroid Profile ) T3 , Total = 1.05 ng/mL  , Ref (0.70-2.04) T4 , Total = 12.94 ug/dL , Ref( 5.74 - 13.03) TSH = 1.61 uIU/mL , Ref ( 0.34 - 5.60 ) T3,FREE;FT3 , SERUM = 3.37 pg/mL Ref ( 2.60 - 4.80 ) T4;FREE;FT4 , SERUM = 1.26 ng/ dL Ref ( 0.61 - 1.12 ) TSH, ultra-sensitive , SERUM = 1.609 uIU/mL Ref ( 0.34- 5.60 ) Other Symptoms : Swallowing feels like having a lump in throat when head up , one side of neck feels slightly swollen . Hadn't previously taken a blood test to check thyroid profile till date . Can this be a factor to my nervousness .

Hi I am 34 yr old. My weight is 98 kgs. I have checked my HBA1C multiple times and highest being 6.9 and lowest was 6.1 I did my FBS and PPBS test to check my Sugar Level again today. Sep 2020 my FBS was 115 and PPBS was 137 Nov 2020 my FBS is 129 and PPBS is 151 Pls let me know what to do. No one from my father side have diabetes. I am worried abt my condition now. I had taken medication metaformin 500 mg earlier almost 1.5yrs back for 1 month and stopped when my HBA1C was 6.9. Pls let me know wat to do

I am 36 years old male and having hashimoto thyroiditis. I have done my thyroid test 40 days and tsh was 38, T3- 85.8 and T4(Total) - 38.800. After that my endocrinologist increased my dosage from 100 mcg to 137 mcg. After 40 days I conduct the test again and now result is TSH.960, T3 110.63 and T4 8.60. So I would like to ask if I need to make dose adjustment to avoid of any other side effects of taking high dosage? Also have question in Vitamin which is low so what dosage or which medicne should I take to increase my vitamin d and b12 me level. Latest report attached
