My father has problems of sodium level fall.what is the cause of it? What test is required? How the problem will solve?

My age 38 recently i have diagnosed with diabetic, dog prescribed me volgibose 0.3 and gemer 0.5 , now its nearly under control but i cant eat anything , when ever going feeling like vomiting , and  vomit some times, and too much pain in the mussale, cant walk .. what to do now?? Thans. , Bilurubin is 0.8mg/dl

I got my thyroid test and vitamin D3 test done. Readings are t3 1.17 ng/dl, t4 7.97 ug/dl  and TSH 1.83 Ulu/ml. My D3 level is 54.50 ng/ml. Is my thyroid level normal? I am having some symptoms of circulatory like minor tingling in both hand palms and lower leg burning filling but actually not warm. My sugar test results and nerve conduction and 2d echo and heart stress tests are absolutely normal. Please suggest.

But my testosterone level is quite low, i even tested my total testosterone level and they were low from the average. What is the normal range for blood sugar fasting levels ? I did my test today and it came out to be 91 mg/dl at fasting levels.

Sir past two months i had gangrene in left leg and we had done below knee amputation and what happened in a sense the stich a opened by doing physioterapy all the stich are opened and it as opend big so some are saying do re stich and some are saying re stich is not needed it will heal with ointment so u say sir should we do re stich or it will heal thanking you

My sugar was 350+ a week ago and I consulted a Doctor and started taking medicine which is as follows- zoryl m 1 500 mg 3 times and jalra m 500 mg 2 times now my sugar is 167 . yesterday I wet my bed at night accidently. Also I am feeling heaviness near eye area.pleaee advise.
