My mother tsh level is 9 ,having high pain in knees from few days and she regularly takes 100 mg of eltroxin before breakfast. What should be done to bring thyroid under normal level. Please suggest.

Sugar level before breakfast : 191 After breakfast : 298 Wanted to know he needs to take any medics for this as the results seems like very high amount of sugar.

My tsh levels are 0.14 and T4 is 12 what dosage to be taken as i am taking 88mg as of now.please advice if i have to reduce or increase

Hi Doctor, My father 56yrs old blood sugar levels are 164 mg/dl (FBS), 248 mg/dl (PP), Hba1c (8.8%). He is using Vildagliptin 50mg(1-0-1), Reclimet - 80/500 (1-0-1). Actually since a last 1-week he is not using Reclimet. Are blood sugar levels increased because of this? Pls suggest a medication which need to be used as per the current blood sugar levels mentioned above.

Mother is 66 years old and has osteoporoisis.. Endocrinology doctor prescribed Zoledronic acid infusion Yearly.. But we already take Osteofos tablet weekly and Vit D tablet monthly.. Can we keep using this medication instead of the injection?? Will it be equally effective?

Hi. We got our mother's glucose tests done. Fasting, random and PP. Her fasting and random test are normal but pp level is at 61mg/dL. She ate  empty stomach 3 bread slice and tea and got glucose pp test done 2 hours later. She doesn't have diabetes though. Not even family history. Does this test indicate onset of diabetes? Is this a cause of concern? Thank you.
