Increased TSH level

My wife is done with Thyroid (T3, T4, and TSH) recently. Reports are attached. Other symptoms are slight increased in weight, heavy voice in morning, upset stomoch very frequently, pain below knees, tiredness, mild back pain, Frequent headache, low apetite. Could anyone help in advising if it needs any treatment or medication.

Pain around left RIB

Hi Sir, Suddenly for the last 6 days, I feel pain around left rib and chest area while deep breathing and walking. When I sleep, I don't feel the pain, but if doing any activities, I feel pain all throught out the day. Recently I have check my blood sugar and it's 250 after meal. I don't have the sugar level even before 6 months. Any advise could be appreciated and if further consultation is recommended, I will follow.
