My dad sugar level before food is 156 and after is 335. He is taking tablets for 17+ years. Now doctor suggests him to take insulin injection instead of tablets. Is that ok and safe?

My mother has dibetic since 15 years and she is on insulin since 8 years.she hast sugar fasting 100 and after lunch or breakfast sugar is under 150 .my mother is in now my home town .Mumbai doctor prescribed her mixtard 50hm which she is taking and sugar is under control. Now local doctor prescribed her novamix 30 I want understand which is best insulin for her .

I have diabetes from 2012 , Sugar fasting level 119 d,   Post meal 183 And HBA1C - 7.8 % Currently  taking tablets  Voglitor mf 0.2 two times Lunch & dinner before food And tablets Teniva-M one time at lunch after food. Can I modified the tablets taking time as Voglitor mf 0.2 two times as before but Teniva-m at lunch before or after food

Is 134 sugar level is normal after food, please let me know. Request you to please guide if it's normal.

My phosphorus level in a blood test report came out to be 5.5, desired range is shown to be 2.5-4.5. Even the Vitamin came out to be 24.3. I am a Type 1 diabetic for 12 years now and have had thyroid also for the past 2 years. How dangerous is this high phosphorus level and what can be the cause of it and what to do ahead to fix this?

My eGFR on a blood test was 80.I am a 43year old male All reports are ok.. no protein in urine and I have normal blood pressure and I exercise regularly. No symptoms or other conditions. How worried should I be? Would this be classified as kidney disease? Does this mean I will eventually need dialysis?
