How to diagnose hypoglycemia or low suga
I have  my diabetes test , glucose level and Hb1ac test done and all came normal ..but still everyday after my first meal in the morning I feel very anxious ,palpation and sick .i dont understand is it because I do exercise empty stomach or my sugar level is low .. because after few hours it becomes normal .can it be just anxiety pattern or hypoglycemia which I can't figure out .

You need to confirm your blood sugar levels during that episode which you can do by a glucometer...if it's less than 70 mg /dl , then you need to get yourself worked up for possible causes of reactive hypoglycemia ( hypoglycemia following a meal)

When you have these symptoms you should check your blood sugar with a glucometer. If the sugar level is 70 or below this is hypoglycaemia. Mostly likely it’s due to hypoglycaemia as you are doing exercise on empty stomach. It also depends on what type of diabetes medications you are on, some of the diabetes medications can cause low blood sugar .
