Low Blood Sugar or hypoglycemia
I am non diabetic... I feel excessive hunger, sweating, shakiness, anxiety, fast heartbeat and feeling of falling down or feel like I will faint and die...Then I eat choclate, 2 tablespoon of honey or glucose biscuit and I feel normal for few hours... This episodes occur suddenly many times a day... This episode specially occur after I woke up or at evening between 7 to 9pm daily... I checked my blood sugar during these episodes at a doctors clinic but my sugar level was never below 70 but then also I got these symptoms... My blood sugar levels during episodes on different dates and time checked on glucometer at doctors clinic were 96, 82, 84 and when I checked after 4 to 5 hrs of lunch it was 75, 77, 81 etc but never below 70...Is it really hypoglycemia or something else... Really confused...Did we get hypoglycemic symptoms occurs even when we are not below 70??? Is it life threathening??  My lab reports of diabeties thyroid are normal...h1bac is 5.4...Please reply i m worried

The best thing that I can for just for you is to go in for a complete body checkup in which you measure your hemoglobin RBC count vitamin levels etc., to come to a specific diagnosis. Though we can say that this value is not a value of low blood sugar but it could be a value of low blood sugar for you. First we need to rule out other conditions and then come to a diagnosis.
