I have stenting since 2016. Recently I was diagnosed with diabetes. I am 59 years old male. Fasting-134 and pp- 245. I controlled sugar intake and started walking. **On March, last checked FASTING: 101 AND PP: 155. Now, My PP is 189 and HBA1C is 6.5. Can I get back to normal glucose level without medication? Please help me
