What foods should someone eat to avoid Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar attacks)? in all 3 meals? Can the condition be reversed (type 2 diabetes)?

In a diabetic patient hypo should not happen if treated properly. There are several good drugs that control sugars without causing hypo. You must get your medicines reviewed by a diabetologist. If u wish u can initiate an online consultation here.
