FBS & PPBS
Iam non diabetic , tesed FBS and PPBS exactly 2 hours afternoon meals. The result is FBS = 109 PPBS =126. The result is normal or not? How often to check again my sugars. Pls suggest. Regards.

The results are not normal , your FBS has come in a pre diabetic range ( 100- 125). Normal fasting sugar ranges between 70-99
Next Steps
You should get HbA1c test done . This is the average blood sugar of last 3 months . Being pre diabetic puts you at a risk of getting diabetes in future . Especially if you have a family history of diabetes If you are over weight or obese If you are having a sedentary life style .
Health Tips
You should change your life style ( lose weight , eat healthy and do regularly physical activity ) Once in a 6 months you should do HbA1c, FBS and PP
