I am having diabetes, recently we observed that my Fbs is around 160 but ppbs is 320+, I am taking glimp-m2(glimeplride-2mg, metformin hydrochloride-500mg)

Both FBS and PLBS are very high. Your medicines need to be modified. You should initiate a full consultation with a diabetologist
