Can I rule out blood sugar abnormalities or diabetes by Hb1ac and average blood  glucose test ..?bothe my tests  are normal but still in doubt .. should I get blood sugar fasting or it's not required .?

Hi., I can understand your concern Hba1c and avg test are enough, no need of FBS.
