My dout iam diabetic or pre diabetic

My age 33
Iam non diabetic person,
May 1st week I effected covid, that time i taken steriods,
I checked hba1c jun 10th 8.5
Doctor told due to steriods sugar will high,
I waited 3 months, again I tested
Sep10 hba1c is 5.5
Again I tested
Dec 24 hba1c is 6.1
Plz tell me sir,
Present iam not taking medcine,
