Fasting blood sugar
My fasting blood sugar is around 108 to 115 on most of the days. I dont take any diabetic medicine and i do regular exercise.
How can i get my fasting sugar in 90's without any diabetes medicine ?

How to reduce my weight?

Thyroid- 10 kilos gained
I got thyroid and due to that I have gained a lot of weight. Inspite of working out 5 days and sometimes 6 days a week. Incase I dotn work out I gain weight rapidly. I was on glycomet for a month. Did not help.
