Shall I use 2 tbsp milled flax seed in my diet daily...does it cause pcos for me because of estrogen

Hi, I have been recently diagnosed with Hypertension. Doc informed me that considering my family history (mom and dad are diabetic and BP) i can soon get diabetes. Can you pls tell me how can i avoid Diabetes in future? Thnx.

Hypo thyroid taking dosage of 100mcg..Not feeling active and energetic as before..have leg pain .aways feel sleepy.

In Sept’ 14 during my follow up of parotid, a nodule was detected in the thyroid. USG showed size of nodule as 12*6*6 (in mm). FNAC was performed on the thyroid nodule first in Sept 14 and then in Nov 15. First FNAC showed “Adenomatoid nodule with cystic degeneration” and second time inconclusive because of sub-optimal cellularity. Current size of the nodule as of March 16 is 13.7*9.5*7.2 (in mm). In addition to this I can also feel lympnodes in the submandular region for some years. These lympnodes are moveable. As of March’ 16 the largest size lympnode is in right submandular region with the size of 13*8 mm. There is no weight loss, fever, cough, fatigue etc. Blood in spit continues to come occasionally. What could be the reason?

I have 4 month old acne and swelling in fingers , feet and all over the body. Can it be thyroid? I have been trying to loose weight but all wasted efforts.

When I conceived about a year ago I was asked to take thyroid test after which doctor advised to take thyronorm 75mcg. Once I started taking thyroid results became normal. Now that I have delivered baby, how do I go about thyroid medicine? Should I continue the same or should I take one more thyroid test again, now. Also, if I have to take thyroid test, should I skip taking medicines for few days without taking the thyronorm medicine so as to get accurate picture to know the thyroid levels without the impact of medicines.
