Thyroid levels is too low
Recently as per my thyroid test my TSH level is 6.95…while in Sept 2014 I had done test and TSH was around 4.05. Do I need to be under medication to rectify it. I believe thyroud medicines are for life time ? is it true ? Which doctor should I consult. Pls help

Its in the borderline range. You will need to undergo a blood test called as anti tpo antibodies. Based on its result and on a few other parameters , you may or may not require treatment. Visit a diabetologist or an endocrinologist for the same.
