My age 23, looking a kid

My age is 23 , But I'm looking like just a 12-13 years old girl. I don't have any problem on my side, like menstrual cycle problem or any mental growth problem. ,I am a working lady but I just look like a kid,people looks at me and they become shocked.Is it a any kind of hormonal problem? If it's a hormonal problem or any kind of disease ,please give me suggestion what can I do for looking like as my age.
