Diabetes, thyroid.
After delivering my baby I found I had thyroid and started meds..after 2 yrs I tested for high cholesterol and now I have been diagnosed with diabetes.. I want to know if I can control this with balanced diets and exercise and minimal meds.

this are my advice- you should follow a strict diet, avoid eating oily and spicy foods, avoid sugary substances like sweets and diary products since it contributes too much of calories. If you are a non vegetarian skip consuming meat like mutton instead you can prefer skinned out chicken 1-2 pieces which should be a cooked variety not a fried type and it should be only once a week or you can have fish curry not fish fry, since fried food substances have lot of oil so avoid consuming that....Regarding exercises - start slowly with brisk walking, then change over to jogging, running and other abdominal exercises. Never over strain yourself. And always keep yourself well hydrated and enjoy whatever you do...consult dietitian they will do the needful..and be in a regular fallow up with your physician.
