Hormonal Imbalances

I am affected by sugar from last 7 years. Day to day I met many problems. I take sugar tablets. I done walking daily. But no improvement. My sugar level is 146@ fasting. What can I do.

I m suffering from hypohyroid for the last 2-3yrs(diagnosed in 2014), TSH level varying bet 7 to 12 micro IU per ml during this period, i m testing TSH every month. No suppliment harmone drug i.e. thyroxin ever taken even when advised by doctor. TSH was 12.2 in JAN-2016. Changes in daily diet, regular exercise, brought TSH level to 7.45 in MAY-2016. In JUN-2016 again went up to 9.2. Should I start taking drug(levothyroxine) as advised by doctor. I do not want to continue it forever. Can it be discontinued once normal level is achieved. T3, T4, TPO test are normal.

I am suffering from migraine every day. My BP is normal. My pain comes as the sun heat increases and I have to take 2painkillers at a time to be free of pain. Kindly help

Recently as per my thyroid test my TSH level is 6.95…while in Sept 2014 I had done test and TSH was around 4.05. Do I need to be under medication to rectify it. I believe thyroud medicines are for life time ? is it true ? Which doctor should I consult. Pls help

My age is 23 , But I'm looking like just a 12-13 years old girl. I don't have any problem on my side, like menstrual cycle problem or any mental growth problem. ,I am a working lady but I just look like a kid,people looks at me and they become shocked.Is it a any kind of hormonal problem? Hi, I have been eating throxine 50mcg since 6-8 months. Some time back i got it checked, TSH was as high at 5.56. So can u suggest me what to do? Should i increase the thyroxine intake?

I have thyroid problem. I did my thyroid test 4 month ago & my TSH came around 18. So I consulted a gynaecologist who suggested me to take thyrononorm 150mcg. Now after 4 months, I again got it checked & now my TSH is 0.04 which is below the normal range. I have stopped taking my medicine. So what should I do now, continue taking my medicine with low dose or completely stop it. My age is 23.

After delivering my baby I found I had thyroid and started meds..after 2 yrs I tested for high cholesterol and now I have been diagnosed with diabetes.. I want to know if I can control this with balanced diets and exercise and minimal meds.
