Doctor i am taking janumet 50/500 and volibo 0.2 mg. now my sugar is 97/129. hba1c is 7.2 urine test is normal. so can i take medicine of lower value or power. or this medicine are ok any side effects

My moms age is 45. She is a diabetic patient. Now she got more cracks around and inner side of the foot which makes her not able to walk freely. She is using the slippers to walk inside the house. Since she is diabetic patient her wounds are healing and becoming too severe day by day. Can anyone please suggest which doctor I should consult with. What are the remedies we need to take to solve this problem. We have used all Ayurveda and homeopathy treatment but it's of no use. I would really be happy if you suggest a solution for this problem.

Having diabetes from 10 years but under control till now, now suddenly its fluctuating high/low any time and facing weakness. Some say it might be because of hormonal changes due to menopause, but my periods went before 6 years, so now how come suddenly any hormonal changes can affect my sugar level. Please guide which kind of doctor to visit and which tests needs to be done to identify accurate problem.

I am currently taking Glimaday (1mg) and its prescription is almost over. can I take Amaryl (1mg) instead of Glimatay, once its time to take the next prescription?

I missed my periods from feb to june then doc suggested me meprate and after that i have periods but now it z more than one month and 15 days i missed my periods once again..i m unmarried..what is the problem please suggest me.

Doctor prescribed me Janumet 50/500 mg tablets (by MSD pharmaceuticals) to be taken twice daily.However i came to know there is another tablet with exactly the same salt composition available in market at half the price- zitamet 50/500 (which is by an indian manufacturer). So,is it completely safe to replace janumet tab with the latter without affecting my body (as it will largely save my medical bills)?

Hi , I have facial and body hair, acne and skin tags in neck. Periods are monthly on time but scanty. My weight is in proportion to my height. I take spironolactone for acne and hirsutism. But no change in hirsutism. Please help with diet and medicine. I am very upset because of it.
