2 possibilities .one rule out thyroid disorder so get T4 and Tsh done .if TFT normal then may be just anxiety . For anxiety try to relax or do meditation or take professional help of psychiatrist. For dandruff u canuse nizral shampoo which has 2% ketoconazole twice a week.
