I am very fat. Check my daily routine and suggest me some changes which I am going to opt: Breakfast : 5 soaked almonds And a cup of milk. School: 2 chhapati and a small bowl vegetable. Lunch : Sprouts and salad Evening : any one fruit. Dinner: 2 chappati and a bowl of vegetables. This plan I am going to adopt for weight loss from this Sunday. Whenever I take sweet food like sweets I get hyperactive,not able concentrate,I feel like running and after few minutes I get headache. Can you Please help me understand what kind of disease is this?
