Hello, I went through your query, high insulin levels!!!? Hyperinsulinemia is a sign of an underlying problem. Hyperinsulinemia is most often caused by insulin resistance — a condition in which your body is resistant to the effects of insulin. Your pancreas tries to compensate by making more insulin. Adequate exposure to sun (5min in the morning hours) is enough to produce normal amount of vitamin d in your body, or else you can take vitamin d supplements as tablets, you need to reduce your weight by dieting and exercise to increase insulin sensitivity. Consult your physician.... For more details.
