Hello, I went through your query, these reports are your blood suger (not insulin level) levels during fasting and 2hrs after taking food. You have mentioned fasting level as 35 which is too low, might be wrongly mentioned here, please check the reports again, and your after food results tells you have diabetes (either type 1 or type 2- still more information needed to decide), you need to take medications for that (either insulin or hypoglycemics - depending on type of diabetes), Consult a diabetologist.
