Sugar is a major disease
I am affected by sugar from last 7 years. Day to day I met many problems. I take sugar tablets. I done walking daily. But no improvement. My sugar level is 146@ fasting. What can I do.

Hello, It is high but not alarming.Fasting sugar level should be less than 110,preferably near 100.Better you undergo a test called HbA1c which gives you the average level for the past 3 months.You are safe if your level is less than 7, but you should aim for 6.Your present condition may not need immediate change in medication, provided you improve your diet control,vigorous exercise like brisk walking at least 40 to 60 minutes daily and leading a stress free life style with yoga,breathing exercises or meditation.You can certainly reduce the sugar levels with the same medications.
