Itching whole body and increase of sugar and decrease in body ,leg and hand un workable steady mode and sugar medication is going on ( metformin hydrochloride) so what to do to balance it and sometimes bp also high and my father avoiding sweets always but if sometimes eat than it cause promblem again

Please enclose Fasting blood sugar, post prandial blood sugar and HbA1C report along with KFT , LFT and lipid profile, also home blood pressure measurement (morning and evening reading) of 3 days.

It seems your father blood sugar is not well controlled that's why he is loosing weight. Sometimes, single medication is not enough to control blood sugar. So in this case we have to add another medication or increase the dose of already prescribed medicine (in your case, metformin). So consult to an endocrinologist for proper evaluation and management.

You need regular follow up and compulsory monitoring on your Diabetes and Hypertension There are severe complications possible with both very high and very low sugar and BP Please don't ignore it. You will not find it's solution without proper consultation and regular follow ups

Need to be discussed In person with physical examination. I suggest take a physical appointment with physician and get yourself examined properly and adjust the dose. Also change of metformine might be needed
