My mother's blood sugar is very high even after taking proper medicine and avoiding all foods that increase sugar level. Her sugar is 513 . We have consulted many doctors but her sugar is increasing day by day. She is feeling very weak and her leg also swells up . I've attached reports below.

Long term sugars or very high sugars are known cause kidney prbs ,eye heart ,nerves
Here sugars are too high
And the urine is losing lot of proteins definitely suggestive of kidney prbs too ,again leg swelling indicates kidney prbs
If kidneys are effected more likely even eyes wil have some damage
It requires meticulous follow up a nephrologist to save ur kidneys
