Blood sugar is very high
My mother's blood sugar is very high even after taking proper medicine and avoiding all foods that increase sugar level. Her sugar is 513 . We have consulted many doctors but her sugar is increasing day by day. She is feeling very weak and her leg also swells up . I've attached reports below.

The sugar levels are quite high, alarmingly high. The protein loss in the kidney is also very high.
She would require therapy with insulin to firstly bring the sugars down.
She also needs the following
1. Kidney function test and an ultrasound to see how much the kidneys are affected
2. Eye check up
3. Ecg and an echo
4. A proper look at her feet to see if there are any signs of poor blood supply
5. Blood pressure check
6. A lipid profile and thyroid profile

Long term sugars or very high sugars are known cause kidney prbs ,eye heart ,nerves
Here sugars are too high
And the urine is losing lot of proteins definitely suggestive of kidney prbs too ,again leg swelling indicates kidney prbs
If kidneys are effected more likely even eyes wil have some damage
It requires meticulous follow up a nephrologist to save ur kidneys
There are various treatments available
