Itching on fingers of hands and legs
I am getting severe itching on my fingers , mostly legs after two hours of eating. I'm not diabetic. My sugar levels are normal. However, the itching, most of the time subsides immediately after taking food. This problem persists since February 2025. I have seen couple of gastro specialists as I have gall bladder stones for 15 years and the itching is always move around my acidity issues. Slowly I am getting allergic to many foods and not able to pinpoint any food. I have been to couple of dermatologists who have administered elastin, Allegra and now Allerone. Nothing is providing me any sort of permanent relief. Whom should I consult? I am a resident of Chennai.

Hi sir. Need more info on your disease before giving a proper advice Are there any lesions around the area of itching? How frequent is it? What did the gastro doctors advice? Any family history of food related disorders like Inflammatory bowel disease or Gluten sensitivity? Is any allergy testing done? Is any stool tests done?
Next Steps
Best would be to consult a physician first in person with all your previous reports and stick to one doctor to get properly evaluated.
