Itching in legs
My father is diabetic and experiencing severe itching in legs and it's scaly. Are these symptoms related to diabetes? How to knwo for sure?

Certainly it could be related to Diabetes, as a component of Autonomic neuropathy , which could result in lack of blood circulation to the skin of the lower extremities , resulting in dryness of the skin, which could cause scaling and consistent itching of the affected areas.
Either the way , it would be sensible to visit to your physician to have a physical examination of the affected areas to rule out other possible causes of Itching of the legs .
